Pronounced "DEL- POSE-INJECTURE" (also available under the brand names "Dapoxetine" and "Dapoxetine Prolong Tablets") is used to treat premature ejaculation in men. It increases ejaculation time and improves control over ejaculation. It also helps men who ejaculate before sexual stimulation is not needed.

Dapoxetine Tablet is used with or without food to treat premature ejaculation in men. It may be used alone or in combination with other oral (but not all) treatments. It is not addictive. This medication may decrease the volume of ejaculate in a man. The man may have to take oral medication in order to reduce the volume of ejaculate. It is best taken once a day, with or without food. In some men, the oral treatment does not improve their control over ejaculation.
Dapoxetine Tablet is used to treat ejaculation (erectile dysfunction) in men (and other men) and to increase control over ejaculation (erectile dysfunction). It may be used alone or in combination with other treatment (e.g. other oral treatments). It helps men who ejaculate before sexual stimulation is not needed. Men who ejaculate before sexual stimulation is not needed. If a man is unable to control ejaculation, he should use other forms of treatment (e.g. non-phosphodiesterase type 5 (N-PEEDT) tablets, an Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medication, or a sex tape). Dapoxetine Tablet should not be used in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE), sexual dysfunction in man (SD, or impotence), premature ejaculation in children, or in any other medical condition. PE is a condition in which a man ejaculates sooner than desired. It can last for a long time. PE can be caused by a variety of factors, including medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, certain heart diseases, and certain cancers. Dapoxetine Tablet is not approved for use in women.
Dapoxetine Tablet is a psychosexual treatment. It is used to treat ejaculation in men as well as women. It may also be used alone or in combination with other psychosexual treatments.
Dapoxetine Tablet will not improve your sexual desire. It will not prevent sexual intercourse. It does not treat erectile dysfunction (impotence).

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that has a role in controlling mood, sleep, appetite, memory, mood, thought, and thought. Dapoxetine tablets also have the effect of improving control over ejaculation. In some men, the medication does not improve control over ejaculation, while in others, it may decrease control over ejaculation. Dapoxetine tablets may help you control your own ejaculation.
